What happens when a customer asks something the AI doesn't know?
Your AI gracefully captures the question, gets the caller's contact info, and promises a human follow-up. You'll see the full transcript and can call them back personally. Over time we add their question to the knowledge base so the AI handles it next time.
Is there a setup fee?
Setup pricing is published on our pricing page: $497 one-time setup for AI Front Desk, and $1,997 setup for Database Reactivation campaigns. Anything beyond standard scope is identified on your discovery call before you commit.
Is there a carrier registration step before MCTB goes live?
Yes — and we handle the whole thing for you. To text your customers back automatically, federal carriers (AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile) require a one-time registration called A2P 10DLC. We file it under your business name using your legal entity and EIN — you don't fill out a single form. Approval typically takes 2–3 weeks, and we don't start your monthly billing until your service is fully live.
How fast can I be live?
Quickly. The personalized demo we built for you is the same agent we'll deploy — we just point it at your real numbers and email once you're ready. Setup timeline depends on your tier and how complex your business is, but we move fast.
Is there a contract?
Month-to-month. Cancel anytime. Annual prepay locks the rate for 12 months and waives setup. Most customers stay because once your AI knows your business inside and out, switching means re-training from scratch.
How is this different from national self-serve platforms?
